Ok – well, not yet, and maybe not at all. I sold a house (brought the buyer – thank you IVAN!) in Saugus back in April 07, it was a Realty Executive listing. After Realty Executives sells a certain amount of listings with this "10k" incentive, they gather the selling agents at a nice function, and give away the $10,000. Supposedly the Realty Executives 10k drawing is a reverse drawing, which will make it nerve wrecking.
So I thought, people always say if you "put something out in the universe, it will happen". Well, HERE I AM, putting it out in one of the biggest universes there is, the Internet!
Here goes – "I WILL WIN THE $10k DRAWING!"
Now that I’ve made a very self serving blog post, I’ll go see how this putting it out in the universe thing actually works! Apparently, I’ll have a 1/30 chance approx! If I win, you can be certain there will be a follow up post about it!
