Interest rates drop overnight

As of Wednesday, Bankrate.com is reporting that average interest rates on mortgages dropped. The average 30 year fixed rate mortgage is now at 5.9% The average 15 year fixed rate mortgage fell to 5.5% The 1 year adjustable rate mortgage was down to 5,69% Bankrate.com publishes nightly averages based on their survey of 4,000 banks [...]
