Another episode from SCVRealEstate360 Show…Robert discusses the state of the Santa Clarita Real Estate market, with respect to sellers, and how to best price your home. The inventory is so low, that many sellers are receiving offers at their asking price, and frequently above. This was very hard to do, only a few years ago, when prices were starting to fall. Of course some sellers receive offers below their asking price still, and that's the best they can get based on their particular situation – but make no mistake – it's a great time to sell your home in Santa Clarita because the competition amongst sellers is light, and the competition amongst buyers, is heavy. Buyers, don't worry though, prices aren't all of a sudden going to start increasing rapidly, if at all across the board, for a while…but this trend is totally worth paying attention to!

As we enter into the new year, 2010 should bring with it more homes for sale, and more opportunities for buyers.
