One of the nicest condo communities in the Santa Clarita Valley, is now a gated community!

Already Appealing, the Crown Villas condo and townhome community located in Stevenson Ranch tends to be one of the more attractive options when hunting for an attached home in either Stevenson Ranch or Valencia. Built in 1991, the Crown Villas of Stevenson Ranch is a small and quite community that just added the gated entrance feature this October 2007.

The Crown Villas offers floor plans ranging from 2 bed 2 bath 1,025 square feet, up to 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1,667 square feet two level townhomes. The two bedrooms come with an attached one car garage, and three bedrooms come with a two car attached garage.

One of the main attributes everyone falls in love with one driving into this community, are the lush grounds and landscaping. It is impeccable. Even the Crown Villas HOA board members can be seen out and about throwing their fresh soil into the flower beds and giving the plants food. That is dedication.

Crown Villas is split up into two different communities. The community off of Stafford Canyon Rd is the more appealing of the two, and is the only one that is gated, as they are managed separately.

Next time you are in the market for a condo close to the 5 freeway…you need to add Crown Villas to the list!
