Canyon Country Home Hard To Sell With Andy Gump

Can anyone tell us how we are supposed to sell a home in Canyon Country, when the next door neighbor, has an Andy Gump in their front yard? I suppose prospective homebuyers may get the idea that it's a free for all in the community, and pride of ownership is not what it should be. Granted there may be a very good reason for the Andy Gump to be in the front yard, but I can't really think of any, and, it has been sitting there for weeks and weeks…and weeks.

I'm sure there is a rainbow at the end of this rant, but, word to the wise…when you see your neighbor installing an Andy Gump in his/her front yard, let them know you are concerned about how long it will be there, and check with local authorities about whether or not it's allowed to be there in the first place!

Here's to hoping we sell the home, next door!
