Brief: Senate Votes To Extend and Expand Home Buyer Tax Credit

Santa Clarita Real Estate: What's in escrow/under contract? 1,065 homes total ….of those 834 are foreclosure oriented (bank owned/short sales) 78%.

Santa Clarita Real Estate Inventory Stats: 594 active listings. Of those…55 are bank owned, and 219 are pre-foreclosures/short sales (46%).
