Today we felt like taking you on a tour of our newest listing in the Waterford community of Bridgeport Valencia. The Waterford townhomes are one of the nicest attached home communities in the Santa Clarita Valley. Almost everything in Bridgeport is top notch. The Waterford tract is no exception.

One of the nicest townhome communities in the Santa Clarita Valley happens to be the Waterford Townhomes of Bridgeport Valencia. We just took a new listing in the Waterfords @ 23415 Shorebreak Lane #58.

One of my favorite aspects of this community is the exterior construction. They have really cute entrances that feature front patio/porches, and the tri-level townhomes are really something that separates them from most other communities in Valencia.

Bridgeport Valencia, and the Waterford townhomes is a community you should certainly consider, especially with amenities such as the nearby parks, paseo system, shopping, and excellent schools. While the price tag on the Waterford community is definitely on the higher end, as far as Valencia townhomes are considered, you may just find it justifiable. I mean, how can you go wrong when some of the units have their own driveway, and even a 3 car garage – for a TOWNHOME! Oh, and don't forget that abnormally large square footage, for a TOWNHOME, of which many are close to 2,000 sq ft in the Waterford tract.

Not those kind of signs, real estate signs. This is yet another new listing of ours, that will be hitting the Saugus, Ca real estate market in a few days. With townhomes like this one, it's no wonder why people are writing offers and moving into the Mariposa townhomes in droves! This May 2010 alone, there have been 4 homes to sell, so far, and there are currently 18 in escrow!
