Finally, after a rare 20 plus year cold weather pattern hit the Santa Clarita Valley yesterday, we have a bit of pictorial proof, that the Santa Clarita Valley can indeed receive inclement weather. Nevermind that the fact that it’s weather that any northwest, midwest, or east coast state would laugh at. This is California, what do you expect? When our palm trees are covered with snow, it’s a big deal. So, carry on.

While I was in Stevenson Ranch today, delivering new brochures to one of our listings, I couldn't help but pull over to the side of the road, to what is one of many picturesque "spots" in the Stevenson Ranch area. We highly recommend taking your next lunch break here, at Valencia's Westridge TPC golf course. To get here, take Valencia Blvd west towards Westridge, then make left on Heritage View Lane, and the entrance to the TPC golf course and the Oaks Grille will be on the left prior to the guard gated community of the Westridge Custom Estates.

The iPhone camera doesn't do Valencia Hills justice! This community of homes in Valencia is one of the oldest, and one of my favorites! The floor plans are beautiful, especially the one story homes, you can find nice large lots, and the streets are lined with beautiful trees just like this! If it's mid-late November, you have to take a drive down the streets of Valencia HIlls.
