Newhall Ranch will consist of four different villages: Landmark Village, Mission Village, Homestead Village, Potrero Village, totaling around 21,000+ homes, condos, and apartments. This will be like a city almost without the city hall. There will be schools, parks, commercial development, and everything needed to sustain the development, and so much more. The developer, Lennar, under their LandSource Communities Development LLC venture with MW Housing Partners, will have to get approval for each village. This process will take years. There are estimates that Newhall Ranch may not be built entirely out until 2015-2020 approx.
Landmark Village may see groundbreaking as early as 2009.
