Feb 19, 2011 – Sales Release event. This is where they will take your deposit on a home site that interests you.
Anticipated pricing for Sage at Plum Canyon Ranch will be starting from the mid $400,000 range.
Anticipated pricing for Heatherton at Plum Canyon Ranch will be stating from the low $500,000 range.
Don’t forget – NO MELLO ROOS on these Shapell Homes at Plum Canyon Ranch! That’s right. A reasonable property tax bill. These homes will also be built with SunPower Solar, which will save you money on utility expenses. We absolutely love that Shapell Homes is doing this, I like to think of it as building with a conscious. Much like Lennar did with their some of their homes at West Hills/West Creek Valencia.

Do you know if the new KB Homes across the street will have a Mello Roos.
I’d love to check this out.
No I’m not sure about any details on homes KB has yet to build. I’ll look into that. The KB Homes off of Golden Valley Rd certainly had very large CFD (community facilitiy district) fees. I wish builders would just eat that cost and not pass it down to homeowners. It makes the community much more attractive in the eyes of homebuyers, even if it makes the price/asking prices higher.
