Santa Clarita Fixer Getting Fixed By Foreclosing Bank – Episode 43

We were surveying some of the repairs that were being performed by the bank, yesterday, for this Santa Clarita foreclosure our buyer is in escrow on. The community and location will have to be left unmentioned…but this townhome had some pretty heavy damage. The bank, in addition to pricing this townhome attractively, and selling it to our client, also took it upon themselves to do some of the necessary repairs.

The point here being, sometimes the banks will indeed do some work to their homes. Often times they won't….but here is a prime example of getting a deal, and having the bank pay for some clean-up/repairs. We get asked everyday from our clients about whether or not if they make an offer on a home, will the bank consider making repairs. The answer, as you can see, is yes. They certainly won't do it all the time, but don't leave any stone left unturned.

If you're in the market for a Santa Clarita Fixer Home or Santa Clarita Foreclosure Home, find them all for sale over at our Santa Clarita real estate website. Enjoy!
