Santa Clarita & LA County Foreclosure Widget

A real estate blog here in Southern California came out with a pretty cool widget that lets you input your zip code and retrieve simple foreclosure data for the first quarter of 2008, versus the first quarter of 2007.

They also note today the top 10 zip code with the highest foreclosure rate increases versus 2007:

The 10 L.A. County ZIPs with the highest number of foreclosures in 1Q 2008, and the percentage increase from 1Q 2007. Source: DataQuick Information Systems. These are for single-family detached homes.
