Santa Clarita Real Estate: Listing Inventory Report

The inventory of Santa Clarita homes for sale has actually been holding very steady over recent months. This is good news, in that we really can’t afford a much larger inventory of homes, due to the lacking size of the buyer pool out there. A growing portion of active homes for sale in Santa Clarita are bank owned properties (foreclosures), and short sales (also known as short pays). I can’t wait to see what happens as we head into the holiday season! We probably won’t see a significant rise in listing inventory until January 2008 and into the Spring months.
