April 2010 brought us some interesting statistics as far as Santa Clarita Real Estate is concerned.

And here is Brian, of The Robert and Brian Team giving you his take on the semi-interesting numbers. It's hard to make statistics interesting, isn't it? There is one key stat amidst all of the stats we will share with you here, that is very interesting. And that has to do with how many bank owned foreclosures there are for sale, compared to the entire number of homes for sale here in the Santa Clarita real estate market. I think you will be surprised!
