Or…SCVRealEstate360, as you can now find us on YouTube. Yes, AC360 inspired the name. And no, we don’t want to become reality stars, or well known or even famous Realtors like the one’s you find on Bravo channel on "Million Dollar Listing," but we do want to do things a bit different from others in the Real Estate industry. While others in Real Estate, and other industries for sure, have turned to video blogging, and many other forms of social media/citizen journalism, in order to connect with those who are receptive to their message, it is still mostly an untapped resource.
Brian and I have focused on internet based marketing for our real estate business here in Santa Clarita for years. Our sellers, and buyers, have all benefited from the high level of online success we’ve had, as it’s translated into better tools to assist with their needs. Video blogging, or vlogging, is really no different. For one, we plan on doing it better than most, or at least the best that we can…and it will enable our current, past, and future clients to be able to identify with us on a personal level that they may not have been able to do in the past. In fact, some will choose NOT to work with us on their next real estate transaction, because they will determine from our online "local" Santa Clarita real estate show on YouTube that we just aren’t the type of guys they want working on their behalf. There is always the good and the bad. The give and the take. We’ll roll with the punches and see how it goes.
But without a doubt, Brian and I love our jobs, helping buyers and sellers with real estate transactions here in Santa Clarita. More so than anyone else we know around us. This is just another way for us to have fun, with the job that has already brought us a ton of Happy Mondays! Start watching our new SCV Real Estate 360 Show on YouTube.
