Santa Clarita First-Time Homebuyers only have 9 days left to purchase a home, in order to have a shot at the Federal Tax Credit of up-to $8,000. That's not a lot of time! It's possible to get your home of choice under contract between now, and then…but don't count on it. The inventory is low, and buyer competition is pretty stiff, still.

The good news for first-time homebuyers here in Santa Clarita, is that as soon as the Federal Tax Credit ends, another begins. Listen in, as Brian discusses what's happening with all of this tax credit mania, and clues you in on the new tax credit for first-time homebuyers that starts May 1, 2010.
