On October 4, 2010 the annual premium charged to FHA borrowers will increase to .90% of the loan. This means an increase in monthly payments! Perhaps it's best to buy a home prior to thise going into effect?

Brian discusses this increase, and the FHA upfront fee decrease as well. Overall it will be a net increase in cost to FHA home loan borrowers and will negatively impact purchasing power. Listen in as Brian and Keith Renno from The Renno Lending Team discuss the ramifications of these upcoming changes. Enjoy!
