Have you ever wondered what's up with Buyer Broker Agreements? Some agents prefer to use them, and some don't. At The Robert and Brian Team we have some opinions of our own about the touchy subject matter. When searching for your next Santa Clarita home, your Realtor may present you with a Buyer Broker Agreement which could obligate you in ways that could later make you feel less comfortable with the commitment. Perhaps, you should really review your options next time you're presented with this request for commitment from your Realtor. Or, you might just get lucky and get a kick butt team of Realtors, like The Robert and Brian Team, who don't ask you to make upfront and unnecessary decisions in order to move forward with your goal of "looking" for and buying a home.

Listen in, as Brian shares with you some of his reservations on the issue of Buyer Broker Agreements and your Santa Clarita home search. Enjoy!
